! COINCIDENCE? OR POACHING?
I was walking to work this morning through Islington, and I saw this:



which reminded me hugely of this, what i did yonks ago for Animal Instruments....

click for bigger one... this has been in my gallery section on this site for months.

then i had a look at their website...

I did several other animations of this, one almost identical to theirs, or vice versa.

Am I being oversensitive by thinking they've totally nicked my design?

There isn't really a great deal as hugo says, unless its a blatant example of passing off, or ripping code/graphics directly without alteration. Its not the most audacious rip i've ever seen, but there are definite similarities! drop them a line pointing out your concerns. Bloody Bradford web monkies. for your comments - it was a bit of a shock to see it on a poster though! I think I will send them a mail - I am currently getting some advice from an online friend about Intellectual Property - they say they think I should at least broach the subject with the agency.
